“We have never delivered in five minutes and we have never delivered the next day,” says Oksana Lukyanenko, General Manager for Germany at Wolt. For Wolt, the sweet spot is a delivery time of 30 to 40 minutes. Grocery deliveries within five to ten minutes, as customers were initially used to from providers such as Gorillas, Flink or Getir, are not sustainable.
