OpenAI has presented a version for companies with ChatGPT Enterprise. The new subscription offers unlimited access to GPT-4 and promises more Data protection.

Software company OpenAI has presented ChatGPT Enterprise, a new subscription for its artificial intelligence. The version is primarily aimed at large companies and offers unrestricted access to GPT-4. OpenAI announced this in an official blog post.

What is ChatGPT Enterprise?

ChatGPT Enterprise promises, above all, more data protection. Also included: A new admin console for evaluations and account management. In contrast to the basic version and ChatGPT Plus, the new subscription is said to be even more powerful.

For example, according to OpenAI, Enterprise is twice as fast as the free version. The prompt context of the new subscription should allow 32,000 so-called tokens. That’s about 24,000 words. The Admin Console also allows unlimited data analysis via access to Advanced Data Analysis.

New ChatGPT subscription promises more data protection

OpenAI wants to make ChatGPT Enterprise attractive to companies primarily through more data protection. The promise: Neither conversations nor uploaded data should be used to train the AI. The fear of losing or disclosing data has so far been an obstacle for many companies.

The conversations with ChatGPT should also be encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Data analysis will continue to be expanded in the future. OpenAI also wants to integrate further extensions. However, the company has so far kept a low profile about the costs for ChatGPT Enterprise.

Interested companies should instead contact the sales department directly. However, the subscription is only intended for large corporations anyway. There will be a smaller business subscription for small and medium-sized companies (SMEs).
