Opinions differ when it comes to car washing: Some people give their car a thorough wash every week. Others only take care of it when nothing can be seen through the windshield. Regular cleaning and care is important. Road salt and dirt can impair the road safety of a vehicle.
The best car washes in Germany
Especially people who don't like using a cleaning cloth themselves can have their vehicle cleaned at many gas stations or by specialists. But not all car washes offer the same quality. The German Society for Consumer Studies therefore subjected 13 providers to a test. The service and the price-performance ratio played a key role.
Undercover test persons prepared their vehicle in advance in four specified places with a specially prepared test dirt. They then chose the cheapest car wash on site and had their vehicle cleaned and dried. The individual providers were able to achieve a maximum score of 100 percent. In the following ranking we show you the ten best car washes in Germany.
10th place: JET
JET comes in tenth place in the ranking of the best car washes with a score of 86.2 percent. The provider operates car washes, automated car wash portals and self-service care areas throughout Germany.
