While the proportion of private households with a computer in Germany is 92 percent, 96 percent of companies in this country use laptops, tablets and the like. But which computer manufacturers actually convince the Germans the most?
The best computer manufacturers on the German market
In the event of technical problems with the computer, the manufacturer’s service and support are often required. But not all companies are equally convincing. The German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) has therefore examined eight computer manufacturers in Germany.
The notification is based on 328 service requests via telephone, online service, chat and email. The overall rating is based on a maximum of 100 points. We present the results in the following ranking.
Platz 8: HP
Computer manufacturer HP received 43.7 points in ranking. The company from California scores above all with its online service. However, the service via e-mail was not convincing.
