The EWOW team wants to “build the most useful support ecosystem for founders”.

35,000 applications a year end up on the Ewor partner's table. Only 35 applicants get a fellowship place, which is just 0.1 percent. Ewor is a Berlin start-up platform that aims to support tech talents in building global ventures. Instead of a fixed program, Ewor relies on a modular, individually adapted system of capital, talent access, mentoring and sparring partners. “We don't see ourselves as an accelerator or incubator. We do not build a program,” says co -founder Daniel Dippold. “We did that, but we believe that the people we want with us don't want to.”

In addition to the series founder Dippold, United domain founders Florian Huber and Proglove co-founder Alexander Grots are also available. They are supported by Adjust co-founder Paul Müller, Sumup co-founder Petter Made and Felyx co-founder Quinten Selhorst, all of whom are there as a full-time partner. Together they want to “build the most useful support ecosystem for founders”. The team recently raised 60 million euros: 30 million for the operational expansion, 30 million flow into a fund that is supposed to invest in selected startups of the EWOR-Fellows.

We talked to Dippold about what Ewor Fellows have to bring, how best applicants can prepare and how the platform differs from other offers.
