According to Parloa, AI agents can autonomously take over tasks such as changes in addresses, shipment tracking or the recording of bank details without having to intervene.
At the beginning of 2024, Parloa had already received 62 million euros from investors to expand to the United States. The Berlin company is now one of the fastest growing AI startups in Europe. AI change the way companies communicate with their customers, said Apoorv Agrawal, partner at Altimeter Capital. “Parloa is at the top of this change.” His company increases his commitment to Parloa to support companies in offering faster, more intelligent and more human -like interactions on a scalable scale.
If a company has 30 million customers, there will also be 30 million personal AI agents, said Parloa CEO Kosub. “Every customer gets a tailor -made, immediately available help – in natural language, with memory for previous concerns and the ability to have real conversations.” Parloa proves that top technology not only has to come from the California Silicon Valley.
