New Bundestag, new opportunities for German AI startups? After a coalition of the Union and SPD, it looks more and more clearly-and the direction of politics will contribute strongly in 2025 to how artificial intelligence, innovation and the startup scene develop in Germany. While artificial intelligence as the key technology of the 21st century is a large driver of economic growth, young companies from the industry face central challenges: regulation, lack of capital, international competition and at least challenging infrastructure can become an innovation brake.
