AI can do a lot – if you know how to feed them. Because the output stands and falls promptly with the right one. Our prompt style is often as individual as our writing style. We wanted to know: Which AI prompts make your day-to-day work easier? Today: Benjamin Eidam.

To person

Benjamin Eidam is a studied industrial engineer and founded his own IT advice, Eidam Consulting almost four years ago. The AI entrepreneur, consultant and lecturer has been dealing with applied AI since 2010 and supports managers and companies in transforming their processes through intelligent systems.

The AI helps him in everyday work

For Eidam, AI has long been a daily tool. Especially when it comes to summing up complex ideas. “AI helps me particularly at the beginning of a project: with writing blocks, lyrics or researching,” he says. What took days earlier was done in a few hours today.

Although he is not a programmer, he can also use AI to build his own small software solutions, such as automations that make his everyday work much more efficient.

Which AI?

His favorite: GPT-3 from Openaai. “This model is particularly strong in answering complex and technically demanding questions – exactly the topics in which one should normally have to consult an expert,” he says.

He uses GPT-4O for faster tasks or minor inquiries.
