The reason for the renewed bankruptcy registration: the promised 150 million euros from the Großinvestor DTM failed to materialize. The startup could not pay the employees, they were then released and terminated.

“The group is now preparing for a revival of the company; its capital of over 250 million euros is available for this,” says a press release from AAMG.

In addition, AAMG wants to create jobs and continue to employ the “most important technology and certification teams” or to stop or re-post. The “continuation of the development and certification of the aircraft platform” and the “activation of a European supply chain to support the program” are also on the plans of the AmbitioS Air Mobility Group.

Who is the investor?

A joint venture is pending behind the AmbitioS Air Mobility Group:

  • LuxAviation: A private aircraft operator from Luxembourg,
  • Sigma Air Mobility: A subsidiary of luxury, focuses on electrical and sustainable mobility solutions of the future
  • UND THE AM AB4OUS GROUP: An internationally active personnel consultancy with headquarters in Amsterdam, which specializes in the imparting of specialists and managers in areas such as IT, engineering, finance, science, sales and marketing.

The AAMG has been working closely with Lilium since 2023 and originally ordered 16 Lilium jets. Otherwise, little is known about the group: CEO and Senior Partner of the AmbitioS Air Mobility Group (AAMG) and CEO of the AmbitioS Group is Robert Kamp.

The AAMG is also registered in the Dutch commercial register; The address refers to a villa in the Netherlands. On the AAMG website, locations in Dubai and Marbella are mentioned.
